Refund Policy
To fully protect your rights and ensure a satisfying shopping experience, please read the following details regarding the conditional return and refund service.
Returns
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the email receipt or proof of purchase.
All returns are subject to validation and approval at NitroAromas' discretion.
We cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at turboaromas@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Non-defective products can be returned with a 20% return fee of the product's price. Additionally, the return shipping label cost will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, unopened and in its original packaging. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you if your refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. The refund may take up to 14 days.
