How can I track my order?

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if available) that you can use to get the latest updates on your shipment. We will also automatically notify you by email about any important tracking information. The tracking number will only be available once the item has been shipped.

What is your order process?

  • Our order process is very simple. After completing your payment details during checkout, you should receive a confirmation notice in your provided email. You should receive a shipping confirmation email within 4 to 6 business days. If you have any issues, you can contact our customer service team via the contact page.

My order hasn't arrived on time, what should I do?

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the specified delivery time, you can track your order to see where it is. Sometimes, shipments can be delayed by shipping companies. Please contact us as well to let you know where your product is.

How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Domestic shipping within Spain may take between 12 to 20 business days.

  • International shipping may take between 15 to 30 business days, depending on various factors. Please be patient with international shipping as it will inevitably take longer. Wait between 15 and 25 days before reporting a missing order to our customer service team.
